    IMPORTANT LEGAL SYSTEM ADVISORY

    As this news story points out, "Drunken Judge" would, in fact, make a good name for a rock band, but an awfully poor stage name for a male stripper. The jury is still out--so to speak--on other commercial usages, such as Drunken Judge Soda and sports mascots, such as the Puerto Rico State Drunken Judges.
