    WHY BAD DRIVERS ARE FROM FLORIDA

    Because the state allows drivers to counteract moving violations and erase those annoying driver license points by attending a driver rehabilitation clinic held at the Improv Comedy Club in the Tampa suburb of Ybor City. Any establishment that serves drinks, of course, sounds like a great place to brush up on one's driving skills.
