    THE WELL-READ BENCH

    A West Chester, Pa. judge included a reading assignment in his sentencing of defendant William Folkes, who was arrested after kicking out the windshield on a West Chester police cruiser. Judge Juan Sanchez gave the defendant his personal copy of Harper Lee's classic novel "To Kill A Mockingbird," which features protagonist Atticus Finch, which, this blog thinks, would make a pretty good name for a rock band. So there you have it.
