    TOP TOILET TANKS COMPETITION

    A Singapore toilet was awarded the environment minister's first five-star rating for a public restroom Tuesday in a nationwide effort known as--this blog is not making this up--the "Happy Toilet Campaign," which establishes a ratings system for public restrooms similar to the five-star scale used for hotels and restaurants. Environment minister Lim Swee Say actually said, "I am looking very forward to experiencing this toilet myself so I can walk out of the toilet feeling happy." This blog does not want to know why Minister Say will be " walk[ing] out of the toilet," but it wonders how Say proposes to walk into the toilet and what, exactly about this experience would allow him to "walk out feeling happy."
