    PLEADING INSANI-TEA

    A Panama City, Fla. judge swallowed an unlikely explanation for a 43-year-old defendant's aggravated assault and burglary charges. The man's defense? Drinking jasmine tea had made him temporarily insane. Really. There may soon be a niche in the market for Lipton Insani-Tea Bags....O.J. Simpson will have bought a few cases by now.
