"God only knows what is to happen. I see nothing impossible in that supposition. And I see things wonderfully contrived sometimes to make us happy. Where could they find such objects as in America for the exercise of their enchanting art? Especially the lady, who paints landscapes so inimirably. She wants only subjects worthy of immortality to render her pencil immortal. " --Thomas Jefferson, A Dialogue Between The Head and The Heart

    BRAIN FOOD

From a cow's cranial cavity to your table? Residents of Missoula, Mont. make no bones about a popular dish known as brains and eggs, which consists of cow brains, eggs, onions, peppers and in some cases cheese. There is no evidence that cow brain consumption increases the risk of mad cow disease or E.coli bacteria contamination, but there is a heck of a lot of evidence that seems to suggest that people who eat brains and eggs on a regular basis are a scosche unhinged.
